Interested in saving Nevada water as an individual homeowner and lowering the monthly HOA water bill?

SNWA still offers a $5.00 rebate per sq foot to convert grass to desert landscape for 2024.  Starting Jan 1, 2025 the rebate drops to $2.00 per sq ft.  Individual homeowners in Sage Hills who would like to convert their front grass can do so on their own thru SNWA.

The Spa is heated all year.

Monthly SPA draining

As many of you know, when the new SNHD (Southern Nevada Health District) cyanuric acid level readings get too high in the spa, we must drain and refill. This will occur about every 30 days or so.

Can’t have the pool area open with no water in either the pool or spa - another “safety” regulation from SNHD.

The high cyanuric acid levels are a “victim” of heat, sunshine, and spa use.

The pool will be heated from April 15th - October 15th.
